I conduct psychotherapy sessions with adults, in individual and couples format, who are interested in self-knowledge and personal growth. Consultation and specialized treatment with Bach Flower Remedies. Care for panic attacks, fears, crises, grief, depression, isolation, constant anger, stress, anxiety, and other states that affect interpersonal relationships, romantic relationships, between parents and children, with coworkers, with the boss, among others. Consultations and sessions take place in an atmosphere of respect and professional expertise, so that you can express your emotions and needs, and understand the aspects of your life and yourself that cause you pain or dissatisfaction, in such a way that you find different ways to face life more constructively, discovering or generating more skills and resources.
