About the Doctor

Internal medicine is a medical specialty that comprehensively addresses health problems in adult patients. Its goal is to provide proper diagnosis and treatment and guide the patient through their complex journey through the health system, directing the response to their illness and, when necessary, coordinating with other specialists to obtain a timely prognosis. For me, my career and my specialty are exciting; I like talking with people and being able to help resolve their doubts and concerns. As physicians we hold in our hands not only the life and health of patients, but we also share in their afflictions and personal lives, which requires us to be very respectful and empathetic with each person's suffering and private life. I have been a staff member of Hospital ABC since 2009, where I can admit and see patients, and I recently also have an office at Hospital Medica Bite.
