About the Doctor

I am a Medical Surgeon who graduated from the Facultad de Medicina UNAM. I completed my specialty at Hospital Juarez de Mexico, one of the best hospitals in Mexico City. I gained sufficient knowledge and experience to practice my specialty ethically and professionally, obtaining my certification from the Consejo Mexicano de Otorrinolaringologia y Cirugia de Cabeza y Cuello, being a member of the Sociedad Mexicana de Otorrinolaringologia y Cirugia de Cabeza y Cuello, as well as a member of the Sociedad de Rinologia y Cirugia Plastica Facial. Continuing clinical and surgical practice since 2010 at level-2 IMSS hospitals and in private practice; a physician must always be keeping up to date, so I have attended various courses and congresses over 8 years to give the best of myself to patients and be able to help them recover their health, such as for example: Allergy course in Otorhinolaryngology, Diploma in Rhinology, paranasal sinuses and facial surgery, surgical laboratory of Laryngology. Master-Class in Vestibular Disorders, Ultrasonic rhinoplasty, various courses and workshops in Aesthetic Medicine. Over the last 2 years I have been intensively training in non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures and treatments. Advanced application of botulinum toxin, facial fillers, collagen biostimulators, and various treatments in Aesthetic Medicine and equipment-based procedures. Teaching is something I am passionate about, and I greatly enjoy sharing my knowledge with new generations of physicians in training. I have been an undergraduate professor of the Otorhinolaryngology course for students of the Facultad de Medicina of UNAM, Universidad Justo Sierra, and Residents of the Family Medicine specialty. Speaker in the continuing education course in Otorhinolaryngology for Family Physicians. I believe the Physician-Patient relationship is very important, being able to achieve empathy and put yourself in the patient's place in order to provide the trust needed for warm and quality medical care. The main goal as a Physician, and the one for which one feels grateful, is being able to help our patients regain their health.
