About the Doctor

Hi, I am Ximena Margáin, a pediatrician. I completed my academic training at the School of Medicine of Universidad La Salle and my pediatrics training at the Hospital Infantil de México Federico Gómez. The pediatric consultation is one of my passions; I see patients from the mother's womb (prenatal consultation) up to 18 years of age. The most important topics in the consultation are prevention, newborn care, breastfeeding, starting complementary feeding ("Baby Led Weaning" method), proper nutrition, growth, development, vaccines, and the timely diagnosis of the most common childhood diseases. As well as providing all the information parents need for the proper care of their little ones. I also teach courses on first aid and accident prevention for parents and caregivers. I am constantly staying up to date on topics related to the consultation such as nutrition, development, vaccines, parenting practices, and respectful parenting. I'm with you every step of the way in caring for your little ones!
