About the Doctor

Hi! I am a Licensed Nutritionist, graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana CDMX, and I hold a graduate degree in Obesity and Comorbidities from the same university. I am also a Diabetes Educator certified by the Federacion Mexicana de Diabetes. I am currently completing coursework in Human Nutrition at the Universidad Internacional de Valencia. APPROACH: ANTI-DIET, NON-WEIGHT-CENTERED, INCLUSIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH. I am interested in providing comprehensive care from a realistic and individualized approach in order to promote healthy habits, setting aside diet ideology and other unhealthy or overly restrictive methods. The consultation is a space to learn, raise awareness, educate, and above all to build healthy habits that allow you to have a healthy relationship with food. IMPORTANT: if you cannot make it to your appointment, please let me know 24 hours in advance, since if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours' notice you will need to pay 50% of the consultation fee to schedule a new one.
