Throughout the process, I will provide tools and strategies that allow you to become aware of your reality, identify emotional blockages, and begin to heal them. We will work together on your acceptance and integration, so that you can move forward on your path in an authentic way. I have 12 years of professional experience as a Humanistic Psychotherapist, with a focus on Gestalt and Psychoanalysis. I provide individualized care to adolescents and adults. My approach focuses on exploring your beliefs, emotions, and how these influence your daily life. As a committed professional, I dedicate myself to accompanying you with responsibility and empathy. Recognizing what hurts us and questioning our beliefs is not easy, but it is key to achieving emotional and mental stability. This improves our relationships and quality of life.
