B.A. in Psychology from the Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes (UAA) with a focus on psychological development. Master's and Doctorate in Behavioral Sciences from the Universidad de Guadalajara with a focus on Behavioral Analysis. Postdoctorate in the Doctorate in Biological Sciences at UAA with a focus on neuroscience. Currently a Titular C research professor at UAA, in the research line on Healthy and Addictive Behaviors. Basic and applied studies on Eating Behavior, formation of healthy habits, prevention and treatment of Eating Behavior Disorders. Certified in Positive Discipline for counseling parents during their parenting work, and certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (Balance between Acceptance and Behavioral Change), used to address problems of emotional dysregulation that lead to risky behaviors.
