About the Doctor

My main goal is to be able to accompany and guide you through this process you have chosen; my more than 17 years of experience in the clinical field allow me to give you the tools you need, in whatever situation you currently find yourself. I am passionate about how the mind works, and the psychological processes that all human beings can go through. Likewise, being able to observe their transformation when one decides to embark on the path of healing; these are the reasons that led me to study Clinical Psychology. My work began years ago in the DIF system, where I had the enormous opportunity to help people who suffered psychological, physical, and sexual abuse. Another area in which I developed was performing psychological expert evaluations. In addition to this, I began my private practice in Mexico, where I have treated different types of symptoms, including depression, panic attacks, domestic violence, among others. I later went to live in Dublin, Ireland, where I had the opportunity to be accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland. I worked with different institutions, including an eating disorders association and clients at risk of suicide. In Dublin I was able to complete a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and specialize in intervention for risks associated with suicidal individuals. I worked in private practice, treating clients of different nationalities, offering therapy in English and Spanish. I have studied different techniques to help my patients complement their therapy, such as mindfulness, and the Havening technique, which helps with traumatic processes. My passion is being able to help my patients on their path to recovery and peace with themselves. Within a relaxed, judgment-free, and compassionate environment. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Spain specializing in the Diagnosis of Personality Disorders.
