About the Doctor

I am Mayela Garcia and I have been providing therapy for 14 years, but I am not a "normal" psychologist. My intention is not only to help you stop feeling bad, but also to help you recognize and unlock the potential you truly have to become more and more yourself and create a beautiful life. My work combines psychology with coaching and energetic tools to offer a deeper, more loving, and more transformative view of each person and each process. We are multidimensional beings made up of mind, emotions, body, energy, and spirit, so in my sessions, all of that is welcome. Congruence is important to me, so it is from my own experiences and what I have learned and worked on within myself that I guide those who also want to heal and expand. In every process I seek for my clients to understand the origin of what they are experiencing, heal their wounds with love, and strengthen their confidence to create a more authentic life, opening new possibilities in their lives.
