I firmly believe that for psychological therapy to work, there must be full trust between patient and therapist; I believe this is achieved through respect, attentive listening, empathy, but above all the love that, as a professional, you have for your work, because in this field very deep situations are dealt with involving traumas and wounds — the person becomes vulnerable, and the only way things will flow and progress is when two souls touch, so that little by little we can pull out of the suitcase the things that no longer serve us and that get in the way of achieving a full and happy life. I work from an eclectic approach since every human being is unique and unrepeatable; what works for one person doesn't work for another, it all depends on their particular circumstances. I work with adolescents and adults, I have training in psycho-trauma and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Support through work-related grief, stress, and adaptation to new work challenges.
