Hi! My name is Monserrat Alvarez. I am a nutritionist and undergraduate intern in the Physical Conditioning and Recreation degree. I currently work as a nutritionist at the DIF Ciudad de México and in private practice. I have clinical experience treating Obesity, Diabetes, dyslipidemias, and gastrointestinal disorders. My academic training has allowed me to combine the clinical and sports areas in my practice to improve my patients' health and quality of life. My goal is for my patients to learn to eat mindfully and to discover that eating healthy is not complicated.
