Hello, I am Dr. Muci Kuechler, dedicated exclusively to private practice. Rheumatology, because every day we find different cases, gives us the opportunity to stay up to date and help my patients get through autoimmune diseases, especially in these times of Covid-19, where a patient who doesn't properly manage the disease, the vaccine, or direct infection triggers disease activity, which can have serious consequences. Extensive experience in Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus Erythematosus, various forms of arthritis, and autoimmune diseases related to Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. I strive for diagnostic certainty with the necessary studies, optimized treatments for a better cost-benefit ratio. We have various medications available and, together with patients and family members, we weigh the suggested pros and cons of the options. It is not necessary to have studies done on your own, which are often incomplete and of dubious quality; do not have studies done to self-diagnose, as this generates stress, wastes time and resources. We offer sample collection to perform professional laboratory panels according to the diagnostic suspicion. There are auxiliary tools; an X-ray is not always the first resource we use, especially in early stages of diseases, because most of the time they are normal. I ask that you give me the opportunity to assess you before wasting time and resources; there are always patients referred by other physicians, and we gladly see them.
