Hello! My name is Myriam Rivas, I am a clinical psychologist with more than 15 years helping adults and adolescents understand and work through their emotions and manage their mental challenges. I have had the opportunity to train in different therapeutic approaches such as psychoanalysis, cognitive-behavioral therapy, transpersonal therapy; recently certified as a professional in "Vagal Safety," that is, specialized skills to work with the vagus nerve and psychotherapeutic interventions for its regulation, I adapt each approach according to the needs of each client. My experience focuses on accompanying people with anxiety, depression, and personality disorders, as well as in processes of personal and work change, family conflicts, and grief support.
