About the Doctor

I am a psychotherapist specializing in clinical psychology and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), with a dual master's degree from the Instituto Superior de Estudios Psicológicos de Barcelona (ISEP). I am additionally pursuing my third master's degree at CPC to offer a better service. My training includes studies at Istanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi, where I was awarded a scholarship as a student of academic excellence, as well as specialized lectures on psychedelic-assisted therapies at Harvard, a field I research as an innovative option for the treatment of various conditions. I firmly believe that quality psychotherapy should be accessible. That is why I strive to offer serious, up-to-date, and ethical clinical support at a fair price that reflects both the value of the therapeutic process and a commitment to each person's reality. My practice focuses on the treatment of anxiety, depression, addictions, and conditions such as Tourette syndrome, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and neurodevelopmental disorders including ADHD (attention deficit), ASD (autism spectrum), and ACCs (high cognitive abilities). I work from an evidence-based approach and adapt each intervention to the individual needs of my patients with respectful, non-pathologizing support. I have lived in three countries, developing a multicultural understanding that I apply in my sessions to connect deeply with each person. I also offer therapy in English, ensuring accessibility and cultural relevance for all my patients.
