Hi, I'm Nash Cabrera! I am a postmodern systemic family psychologist and I work with a narrative approach and a gender perspective. That is to say, in session, we explore the stories that have shaped you, the family and social dynamics that influence your life, and how you can reframe your personal narrative to create change. Regarding the gender perspective, this involves questioning the roles, stereotypes, and structures that may be affecting your well-being.
