Hi, my name is Nayelli C. Garcia Barragan, I am a physician specializing in kidney diseases. My training began at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara as a surgeon and obstetrician, and later I completed my subspecialty in Nephrology at the Universidad de Guadalajara. I am currently certified by the Consejo Mexicano de Nefrologia, and I am working in Aguascalientes, Pabellon de Arteaga, and Villa Hidalgo. From the beginning of my training, I felt a preference and liking for caring for patients with kidney conditions, which was in part why I chose Nephrology, as well as the impact of kidney conditions on the Mexican population, which today is among the leading causes of death, especially in Aguascalientes, which shows the need for prevention and timely identification of these conditions. This drives me every day to perfect my knowledge and keep myself up to date to always achieve quality care, maintaining an excellent doctor-patient relationship.
