About the Doctor

I have professional training from the Unidad Medica de Alta Especialidad de Ginecologia y Obstetricia De Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. A site recognized internationally for attending the highest number of births in Latin America, being at the forefront in preventing maternal mortality. I provide care to patients with high-risk pregnancies, as well as management of related complications. Through personalized guidance I support low-risk patients seeking birth care in multiple modalities: institutional, humanized birth with minimal intervention, water birth, cesarean sections, and prenatal care assessment through the postpartum period. I developed my knowledge and professional practice at one of the two Centros Medicos Nacionales with Gynecology training in this country, with the capacity to handle complex cases in the area of Gynecologic Urology, in patients of advanced age and multiple comorbidities, providing understanding of the best possible management in each individualized case. I see cases in private and public practice aimed at improving the quality of life of women with pelvic floor conditions, such as: urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and surgical correction of pelvic organ prolapse (such as descent of the uterus, bladder, cervix, or rectum).
