Dr. Oscar E. Margain, known by his loyal patients as Dr. Os, was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and studied medicine at the Universidad de Nuevo Leon. He trained in the emergency room at the Mexican Social Security Institute hospital (IMSS), one of the largest and busiest hospitals in the country. Through the pursuit of a more complete health approach focused on patient care, Dr. Oscar E. Margain attended and graduated from the founding school, Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1982.
