About the Doctor

Dr. Priscila Preciado Rojas completed her Medical degree at the Universidad de Guadalajara before continuing her training in Internal Medicine at the Unidad Medica de Alta Especialidad IMSS, and then completing her Subspecialty in Nephrology at the Hospital de Especialidades Centro Medico Nacional de Occidente in Guadalajara. Dr. Priscila continued her academic training with a research fellowship at the Renal Research Institute in New York and in the pharmaceutical industry in San Diego. At the same time, she completed her Doctorate in Medical Sciences from the Universidad de Maastricht, Holland. During her years of academic training, she developed skills in all the basic areas of nephrology, including infections, kidney stones, chronic and acute kidney disease, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis. She is certified by the Consejo Mexicano de Nefrologia and is an active member of national and international nephrology societies. Dr. Preciado provides a comprehensive vision of kidney health, focusing on prevention and care of early kidney disease; her goal is to provide comprehensive care to achieve kidney well-being within the context of a healthy life.
