Hi! Nice to meet you. Let me tell you a bit about myself; I hope you like it and that I can accompany you in your process. I studied a degree in Psychology and a master's in Thanatology. I am currently pursuing the Doctorate in the same field. I am a psychologist specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy. My priority is to offer a quality service, based on constant continuing education and commitment to my patients' well-being, adapting each session to their specific needs. I believe in effective, results-centered therapy, so my goal is to provide practical tools that help people improve their quality of life. I value the effort each person makes by attending therapy, so I commit to offering full and honest care, avoiding unnecessary processes. In my practice, you will find a safe space free of judgment, where you can express yourself with total trust and work on your emotional well-being without fear of being criticized. I am an active Member of La Academia Mexicana de Medicina del Primer Contacto (2025) and an active Member of the Colegio de Posgraduados en Tanatologia y Terapia de Duelo (2025) I hold various workshops and lectures at schools, I volunteer in Thanatological care at hospitals and senior care homes.
