I am a Psychologist with a Master's in Neuropsychology from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. I have a specialty in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and in contextual therapies. As a Neuropsychologist I specialize in treating cognitive, behavioral, or emotional changes in adults and older adults who have conditions such as brain damage, epilepsy, Parkinson's, or dementia. As a psychotherapist, I specialize in caring for people going through emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal difficulties, losses, and so on. I am convinced that we will create a safe space of listening and openness where you can share experiences, emotions, and feelings. I will accompany you in your process so you can discover and acquire tools that allow you to face the situations that come up and achieve the meaningful life you desire.
