Hello! Welcome to my profile. Let me tell you a bit about myself... I am a licentiate in clinical and developmental psychology, and in addition to this, I completed a graduate program in clinical psychotherapy... Since 2015 I began accompanying people in their emotional and psychotherapeutic processes. I have worked professionally in different settings, from civil society organizations, industrial companies, and educational spaces (Tecnologico de Monterrey), which has allowed me to provide psychological support to women, men, and adolescents, who have shown truly significant progress in different areas of their lives. My clinical approach combined with a human-rights-based approach and gender perspective have allowed me to carry out therapeutic processes for sexual violence, child sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, codependency, post-traumatic stress, among others. For me it is very important that every person who attends therapy has a safe space to express all those thoughts and emotions that are causing distress. I believe that as psychotherapists we have a great responsibility to carry out effective treatments with a high sense of humanity.
