I am a psychologist and I specialize in therapy for adults. I have more than nine years of experience in private practice as a therapist. I also have a specialization in bariatric psychology, in which I have more than eight years of experience working with and supporting people through dietary change processes. My approach is collaborative, always seeking reflective processes and drawing on narrative therapy as a means of generating new ways of viewing and living one's personal and family history. The therapeutic process I offer consists of a mutual agreement on the sessions to be held, depending on each person's goals and how the conversation develops in session, which is unique for each person.
