My method consists of a medical (biological) and psychological assessment of what is troubling my patients; the analysis of the processes causing their distress allows us to address key points and improve their health. My strengths are empathy, explaining the biological changes that occur in mental conditions, and fostering reflection through the patient's own verbalization of their impulses, beliefs, preset ideas, emotions, and their way of interacting with their environment, in order to create strategies for personal growth and empowerment. I encourage commitment to treatment and strive to provide an environment that allows for an excellent doctor-patient relationship.
