Hi, my name is Sebastian Grijalva. I am a graduate in Nutrition and Wellness from the Tecnologico de Monterrey, and I am currently doing my master's in Nutrition and Women's Hormonal Health. I currently work at my office at the Clinica de la Mujer in Chihuahua, in addition to helping hospitalized patients with nutrition during their hospital stay, as well as following up with them. For me, nutrition is more than just a simple diet, it's helping the patient have a better quality of life and be as healthy as possible, achieving education and prevention in health.
