¡Hola! Soy la Dra. Triana Tello, psiquiatra avalada por el Consejo Mexicano de Psiquiatría.Estudié medicina de Universidad Panamericana y realicé la especialidad y alta especialidad en el Instituto Nacional de Neurología y Neurocirugía. También me he formado en terapia Narrativa y  ACT (Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso).Busco combinar estos aspectos de mi formación para ofrecer un tratamiento integral y humano, centrado en la persona y sus valores. Trabajo con empatía y respeto, buscando comprender la historia de cada paciente para diseñar intervenciones personalizadas en problemas que afectan a la salud mental. Mi objetivo es acompañarte en el proceso de recuperación y en el desarrollo de herramientas que favorezcan tu bienestar a largo plazoHello! I am Dr. Triana Tello, MD, board certified psychiatrist by the Mexican Board of Psychiatrists. A little bit about me: I was born and raised in Mexico City, but I have lived abroad many years so I have some experience with living away from home in a different culture with a different language. I studied Medicine at the Universidad Panamericana and I completed my residency program in psychiatry and a fellowship in psychosis at the National Institute of Neurology (INNNMVS) here in Mexico City. have also undergone training in Narrative Therapy and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).I seek to combine these aspects of my training to offer a comprehensive and compassionate approach, centered on the individual and their values. I work with empathy and respect, striving to understand each person's story in order to design personalized interventions for mental health issues.My goal is to support you in your recovery process and to help you develop tools that promote your long-term well-being.
