He completed a Fellowship in Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, USA, and an Advanced Specialty Course in Skull Base Surgery and Endoneurosurgery at the Instituto Nacional de Neurologia y Neurocirugia MVS He has participated in national and international congresses as a lecturer and has written book chapters and scientific articles on Endoscopic Treatment of skull base tumors. He is a member of various associations, including the Sociedad Mexicana de Cirugia Neurologica, the North American Skull Base Society, and the Federacion Latino Americana de Sociedades de Neurocirugia.
