Hello! I'm Hugo Calderon, clinical psychologist. I work from a systemic-relational approach, which means I don't just look at what's happening to you, but how you connect with yourself, with others, and with your history. I accompany individuals and families through difficult times, helping them reconnect with their internal resources, reframe their experiences, and build healthier, more authentic relationships. I specialize in accompanying people going through anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, emotional crises, self-harm, suicidal ideation or attempts. I also work with grief processes, including sensitive support for those who have lost a loved one to suicide. I know these moments can feel overwhelming, but you are not alone. There are ways to understand what is happening to you and transform your experience with respect, care, and clarity. My practice combines cognitive-behavioral psychology tools, creative resources, and empathetic listening.
