I am a graduate of the EDN, I hold a Master's in Health Sciences, and I have dedicated myself to specializing in gastrointestinal conditions such as reflux, gastritis, dyspepsia, polyps, diverticula, inflammatory disease, etc. As part of my consultations with patients who have gastrointestinal symptoms, I like to encourage good eating habits, which guide you as a patient toward controlling and managing them through diet. I provide a personalized diet plan taking into account trigger foods, and we make only the strictly necessary restrictions; we focus on weight control and management of chronic conditions when present. I like to create dietary plans and recommendations based on scientific evidence. I have participated in conferences of the Mexican Association of Gastroenterology, I conduct research at the Hospital General de Mexico on a sweetener-free diet in patients with irritable bowel syndrome and dyspepsia.
