About the Doctor
Hello! I'm Yareli, wife, mom, and Nutritionist by profession. Graduate of the Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes and holder of a Master's in Clinical Nutrition from the Universidad Iberoamericana Leon. I took a course in Nutrition and Diet Therapy at Clinica Materno Infantil at the UNIVA Leon campus, and I have continued my academic training with conferences, workshops, courses, and scientific readings. I am convinced that the challenge as a Nutritionist is not to lose weight or help control a patient's disease at a single point in time; the CHALLENGE is building habits that allow for a better lifestyle, preventing diseases and complications; that's why I don't like imposing healthy meals or banning foods all the time, but rather seeking a BALANCE that makes it easier to achieve goals and, above all, maintain them.
