About the Doctor

Hi, I am Yosette! I work from a systemic approach; I have experience accompanying people in situations of violence, grief, and who want to learn new ways of relating. I can also accompany neurodivergent people or those going through a psychiatric diagnosis, with acute trauma, and provide crisis intervention. I believe that the role of a therapist is to provide a safe, loving, and conscious space; I accompany and listen to the people who come to psychotherapy with respect and genuine curiosity about their life stories. I don't tell them what to do, I am interested in building new possibilities together. A fun fact about me: I like horror movies and video games, although I'm not very good at playing them. Three words to describe me: empathetic, curious, observant.
