Membranoproliferative Glomerulonephritis Type I

Membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis type I is a disease of the glomeruli, the small filtering units of the kidney, in which these structures become inflamed and impair their ability to cleanse the blood. It is an uncommon form of glomerular damage.
