Necrotizing Granuloma

A necrotizing granuloma is a pattern of inflammation in which the body forms small clusters of defense cells around an area of damaged or dead tissue, as a reaction to various stimuli.

Common causes: It can appear in response to certain infections, immune reactions, or inflammatory diseases, so its presence alone does not point to a single cause.
