Dedicated to providing warm and personalized care in order to resolve or improve the patient's quality of life. I provide most of my services at Centro Medico ABC and at Hospital Regional Numero 1 del Seguro Social, Dr. Carlos Mcgregor (Gabriel Mancera), where I frequently address complex pathology and minimally invasive emergency surgery. Although if the case warrants it, I can manage it at other hospitals where I am duly credentialed. I have extensive experience in minimally invasive (laparoscopic) surgery; I completed training in Laparoscopic Surgery given by the University of Strasbourg, France. I also completed a Master's in Oncological Surgery given by the Autonomous University of Barcelona. I have an important number of participations as a speaker at national congresses, and I am the author of numerous articles in national and international journals. I published a book together with my professor and friend Dr. Jorge Cervantes Castro related to general and laparoscopic surgery. I have also written several book chapters on general surgery topics. I serve as Professor and Director of Medical Simulation at the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in the area of General Surgery.
