I accompany those who seek to understand their emotions, heal wounds, and build a more conscious and peaceful life, for adolescents, adults, couples, and families going through moments of crisis, confusion, anxiety, anguish, or a distress that is difficult to name. "BECAUSE YOUR STORY DESERVES TO BE HEARD, NOT JUDGED." We find ourselves repeating situations, trapped in complex bonds, feeling an emptiness or an emotional overflow that we don't know how to face. That is where psychoanalysis offers something different: a space to speak freely, without judgment, where what is said has a place and meaning. In my practice, time stops so that you can listen to yourself. I do not work with prescriptions or quick fixes, because every story is unique. My approach is based on deep listening, respect, and the desire for each person to find their own way of being in the world. I work in online and/or in-person modality, which allows us to meet from anywhere in Mexico or abroad.
