About the Doctor

I am Ana Lilia Torres Guzman, a licensed Psychologist. I trained at the Universidad Iberoamericana, A.C. and continue my professional development through the Sociedad Mexicana de Análisis Existencial y Logoterapia, as well as the Círculo de Estudios en Terapia Existencial. I have a Master's degree in special education in the area of Learning Problems, from the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional. My specialization focuses on the care of adults suffering from anxiety, grief, or depression. My goal is to offer personalized, professional support in my patients' emotional and psychological healing process. I believe in the importance of a holistic approach that considers both the physical and the mental and emotional aspects of the individual. For this reason, I am dedicated to working as a team with other health professionals, to offer comprehensive and effective treatment.
