About the Doctor
Hi, I am Ana! I studied a degree in psychology and have focused on clinical practice and research. I provide care from a brief systemic therapy approach; I am very interested in creating safe spaces for accompanying neurodivergence and weaving mental health processes from an innovative and creative perspective. For me, the role of the therapist rests on two pillars: 1. Creating a safe space for clients, where they can feel accompanied and supported in the processes they wish to share. 2. Co-creating and taking part in building other possibilities for them, that better fit what they need. Fun fact about me: I know all the dialogue from The Emperor's New Groove by heart, and one of my favorite movies is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
