About the Doctor

"Conscious movement is the first step to healing." I am a Physical Therapist, graduate of the Universidad del Valle de Mexico, with clinical experience at Hospital Central Militar and a focus on orthopedic physical therapy. I mainly support people with spinal pain, muscle or joint injuries, or persistent pain, through a comprehensive and personalized approach. My work is based on an active and guided recovery process, where I combine manual therapy, physical agents, and therapeutic exercise, tailoring each session to the needs and goals of each patient. I have training in Richelli's Instrument-Assisted Manual Therapy and Cupping Therapy, integrated clinically, safely, and consciously into treatment. During rehabilitation, I focus on explaining, accompanying, and guiding, so that the patient regains mobility, confidence in movement, and tools to prevent relapses. My practice combines science, empathy, and conscious movement, with the goal of you feeling good in your body again and resuming an active life with confidence.
