Hello! I am Millitzi, with a bachelor's degree in psychology from the Universidad de Guadalajara and a graduate of the master's degree in health psychology from the same university. My work as a mental health professional has focused on anxiety disorders, work-related stress, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and obesity at the PSILE clinic located in the city of Chihuahua. For me, it is very important to stay constantly up to date in acquiring new strategies and tools that are meaningful and comfortable for the client.
