I am a Licensed Psychologist from Universidad Iberoamericana since 2013, and I hold a Master's in Gestalt Psychotherapy from Universidad Gestalt since 2017. In addition, in 2019 I obtained a Diploma in Bioenergetics from the same university. I specialize in treating adults and adolescents suffering from stress, stress-related gastritis, and anxiety. My main goal is to help my patients find the emotional stability and well-being they need to live fully. To do this, I use a methodology based on Gestalt psychotherapy and bioenergetics, which allows me to adapt to the needs and characteristics of each patient. I am passionate about my work and feel very satisfied seeing my patients' improvement.
