I would like to take a moment to share the great experience I had with Dr. Carlos Humberto Marneau Martinez and the team at Joya Hospital at Playa del Carmen were on a recent emergency kidney stone removal. They quickly diagnosed and removed my kidney stone. Their expertise and reassuring manner immediately made me feel I was in great hands in spite of the very stressful situation as I was as alone. They were in constant contact with my husband who was out of the country and explained every step with care and patience. His human side shone through. After returning to New York, my doctors confirmed how well the surgery had been performed. I would like to note that the entire medical team was outstanding. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care I received. Thank you Dr. Carlos Humberto and to the entire team of doctors and nurses!
