My personal experience as well as my professional experience led me to specialize in cases of emotional codependency; this is addressed in session through a change in self-concept, going deep into the root of the trauma/wound, to understand and integrate it, learning to break the self-destructive behavior pattern that binds us to others through an emotional wound. The path of self-love begins to emerge consciously, and the client begins to learn to manage their own emotions and behavior. What does a psychological consultation involve and what is it for? A psychological consultation is a form of support to get to the root of a current conflict that is affecting the client's quality of life. When we are stuck in negative thoughts and emotions such as sadness, anxiety, worry, etc., we need to investigate which unconscious beliefs sustain this mental state in order to reprogram them and thus be able to change focus and direction. In my years of experience, reprogramming the limiting beliefs that affect our self-concept is the easiest way to modify a non-functional identity. Once we identify the illusions in the mind, and if the client is ready, a reprogramming takes place at the unconscious level with an approach from non-duality. This brings about a change in mental state and, as a result, a change in perception that will allow you to experience the healed situation with congruence and peace. It may even be possible to change that scenario in your life for a different one, in line with a new mental state without the limiting belief.
