Hi! You can call me Diana or Selene. I completed my residency in Internal Medicine at the Hospital Central Sur de Alta Especialidad de Petroleos Mexicanos for 4 years, and afterward I took the Subspecialty exam, where I was accepted into the Centro Medico Nacional "20 de Noviembre," completing 3 years in Gastroenterology. I was in contact with a large number of patients with different types of gastroenterological conditions, from patients with liver cirrhosis, inflammatory bowel disease, and more common conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease and irritable bowel syndrome; there I also completed my training in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy for 2 years, where we performed various advanced procedures successfully, such as endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatographies, colonoscopies, endoscopies, and enteroscopies with their respective therapeutic procedures.
