Hello, my name is Eduardo Cisneros Bedoy, I am a specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics, a graduate of Hospital Gineco 4 (Luis Castelazo Ayala) of the IMSS in Mexico City, with a subspecialty in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, a graduate of the Instituto Nacional de Perinatologia (INPer) of Mexico City. I currently work at a Maternal-Fetal Medicine referral center called CEMEFET, located at San Telmo Medical Center in the city of Aguascalientes. The goals of a Maternal-Fetal Medicine referral center are to offer, together with your treating OB/GYN, optimal prenatal monitoring with early detection of maternal and fetal risks, prediction and prevention of pregnancy complications, timely diagnosis, and early interventions aimed at reducing risks to the mother and baby during pregnancy. All of this is carried out through high-resolution ultrasounds at specific times during pregnancy, performed on all patients regardless of whether they have any relevant "high-risk" history or are "low-risk" pregnancy patients - First-trimester ultrasound (11-14 weeks) - Structural ultrasound (18-24 weeks) - Growth and Doppler ultrasound (29-37 weeks) We also carry out studies for particular cases such as: - Diagnosis and follow-up of fetal malformations - Ultrasounds in twin pregnancies and higher-order fetal pregnancies (dichorionic or monochorionic) - Follow-up of Fetal Growth Restriction - Invasive genetic studies (Amniocentesis) - Cell-free Fetal DNA in Maternal Blood (PANORAMA) - AMNISURE (Tests for premature rupture of membranes)
