I am Eridani, and I have spent more than 16 years accompanying adults in their healing process through Gestalt psychotherapy. My style is human and warm, because I work from the experience of life itself: I like each session to leave you with clear tools you can apply in your daily life. I chose Gestalt psychotherapy because I am inspired by its vision of working in the here and now, of integrating who we are, and of finding strength even in the most difficult moments. I firmly believe that even from rock bottom we can rebuild ourselves and come out stronger. My patients tend to value the support I provide and the trust they find in the process. My goal is that in every session you feel understood, inspired, and with a clear direction to move forward in your life.
