The most important thing for me is to provide a pleasant, trustworthy space that invites you to delve deeper into the topics you wish to address, which I achieve through a suitable physical space and the professionalization of my listening skills as a Psychologist. Providing a personalized consultation is part of my calling, since each patient is different, as are their needs and symptoms. I usually accompany traditional psychotherapy (listening and observations to promote your reflection) with Art therapy exercises, providing creative materials that facilitate the expression of your inner world, transgenerational exercises, where we see how past generations of your family tree play a role in current conflicts or conditions, which deepens any symptom or condition considerably, as well as relaxation, meditation, and self-observation exercises.
