I am Estrella, a Nutritionist, I care about people learning to eat in the most appropriate way, in order to prevent illness. It is known that the consumption of carbohydrates causes insulin production; EXCESS consumption of carbohydrates is stored as fat in the body, and the excess work of the pancreas producing insulin causes INSULIN RESISTANCE, GLUCOSE INTOLERANCE, and finally DIABETES MELLITUS, one of the leading causes of death in the country.
