For 10 years I have dedicated myself to the study and treatment of patients with obesity. I have completed different training programs in gastrointestinal surgery and bariatric surgery in Mexico, the United States, Brazil, and Europe. I am convinced that obesity is a chronic disease that affects thousands of people. It is a complex disease. No one chooses to have weight problems. I have developed a protocol for the comprehensive study and management of patients with obesity.
