Autobiography: I currently focus on mental health as a psychiatrist, graduate of the Ramon de la Fuente Muniz National Institute of Psychiatry. I have experience treating common conditions such as: Depression and anxiety (adults and adolescents), psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia, eating disorders (anorexia and bulimia), bipolar disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (children and adolescents), chronic insomnia, and substance use such as alcohol, marijuana, etc. I also offer guidance and tools to family members of patients with psychiatric diagnoses for patient management, information on treatment adherence, and management of behavioral disorders in children and adolescents. Lastly, I provide counseling and psychoeducation to parents of children with ADHD, eating disorders, and dementias (e.g. Alzheimer's).
