Everyone calls me "psicologa Gaby"; I am 28 years old, I studied at the Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes, passionate about my work, and I am currently pursuing a master's in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Crisis Intervention. My mission as a therapist is to give you knowledge and train you in personalized strategies that work in your process, and as a life philosophy, in a short period of time, giving you CBT and REBT teaching resources so you can keep practicing and improving even after therapy.
